This Privacy Policy explains how BrickSense AI ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BrickSense AI mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Anonymous Device Identifier: The App generates a unique device identifier (UUID) on first launch and stores it securely in your device's Keychain. This identifier is used solely to associate your token wallet and search history with your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
Property Search Queries: UK property addresses you enter when performing a search are transmitted to our servers to retrieve property data.
Token Purchase Information: In-app token purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We receive a cryptographic transaction receipt from Apple to verify and credit your wallet. We do not receive your payment card details.
Search History: Past search results are stored locally on your device and on our servers, associated with your anonymous device identifier.
Basic Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and error information to improve app stability.

2. Property Data and Third-Party Services

The App provides AI-powered UK property analysis by combining data from multiple sources.

When you perform a property search, the address you enter is used to query:

HM Land Registry – for ownership, title, and transaction history (public data).
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Register – for energy efficiency ratings (public data).
AI Analysis – the retrieved property data is processed using AI to generate a summary and investment insight.

We do not intentionally collect or transmit personal identifying information beyond what you choose to include in your search input.

Please do not include sensitive personal information when submitting property searches.

3. How We Use Information

Provide UK property search and AI analysis features.
Manage your anonymous token wallet and credit purchases.
Retrieve and display your past search results.
Improve app performance and fix bugs.
Provide customer support.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only:

With third-party data providers (such as HM Land Registry and the EPC Register) solely to retrieve property data for your search.
With AI service providers solely to generate property analysis summaries.
If required by law or legal process.

5. Anonymous Wallet and Device Identity

BrickSense AI uses an anonymous, device-bound wallet. There is no user account or registration required.

Your token balance and search history are tied to your device identifier. If you uninstall the App, your device identifier and associated wallet may be lost unless restored from an encrypted device backup.

Tokens purchased via In-App Purchase do not expire.

6. Data Retention

We retain property search results and wallet data associated with your anonymous device identifier for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality. You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with your device identifier.

7. Your Choices

You may manage and restore In-App Purchases through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You may control notifications through iOS device settings.
You may request deletion of your wallet and search history by contacting us with your device identifier (visible in the app).

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Your device identifier is stored in the iOS Keychain, which is protected by the operating system. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
