Information You Provide: Plant notes, reminders, and text submitted when requesting AI advice.
Subscription Information: Purchase and subscription status are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Device Information: Basic diagnostic data such as crash logs to improve app stability.

2. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

The App provides AI-powered plant care advice using the OpenAI ChatGPT API.

When you request AI advice, the text you enter (such as plant descriptions or questions) is securely transmitted to OpenAI’s servers to generate a response.

We do not intentionally collect or transmit personal identifying information beyond what you choose to include in your input.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial, health, or identity data) when submitting AI prompts.

3. How We Use Information

Provide plant tracking and AI advice features.
Process subscriptions and manage Pro feature access.
Improve app performance and fix bugs.
Provide customer support.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.
