1. Use of the App

Propago provides plant care tracking and AI-powered advice features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Pro Subscription") that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices may vary by country and are displayed in the App before purchase.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App may provide AI-generated plant care advice. This information is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional or scientific advice.

You are responsible for how you use any information provided by the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
